What is Yoga

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. While stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is achieved through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

Classes:

Yoga Flow

This class is a great start for everyone. Whether you have been practising yoga for years or have been wanting to give yoga a try, yoga flow is perfect for anyone.
This class works with the basic yoga positions and builds on them allowing the student to increase strength and overall health.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga helps prepare for birth and motherhood with yoga postures and breathing techniques that help strengthen the muscles needed for birth.
Prenatal yoga is suitable for any stage of pregnancy.

Kids Yoga

Kids will learn to explore some basic yoga poses in order to stretch and
strengthen their bodies. The kids will laugh and play while breathing and
stretching their bodies alongside their parents. Ages 4-10.
